These terms ("Terms") set out the conditions for using the Amivo platform ("Platform"). By registering and using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.
Only legally capable individuals aged 18 or over may use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Providing false age or identity information is a serious violation of these Terms and results in a permanent account ban.
You must use a genuine email address and a password of your choosing to register. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all actions taken through your account. If you notice someone else is using your account, you must change your password immediately.
One account may belong to only one person. Transferring, selling, or sharing an account with other people is prohibited.
By using the Platform you agree not to engage in any of the following. This includes (but is not limited to):
The user is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of information provided in their profile, messages, or other uploaded content. The Platform does not edit or pre-screen member content before it is published, but does act on reports of possible violations.
Every member can report or block another member. Upon receiving a report of a possible violation of these Terms, the content or account may be reviewed and, where warranted, restricted or removed.
We reserve the right to temporarily restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate an account (without prior notice for serious violations) if a user is found to be in violation of these Terms or applicable law. Users may delete their own account and all associated data at any time in settings ("My account" → "Delete account").
The Platform's design, trademark, and code belong to the Platform operator. Content uploaded by a user (photos, text) remains their own property; by uploading it you grant the Platform a non-exclusive right to display it to other members in order to operate the service.
The Platform is an intermediary that connects members with one another and is not responsible for members' interactions, meetings, or their consequences outside the Platform. The Platform strives to ensure uninterrupted operation but does not guarantee the service will be provided without disruption.
These Terms may be updated. We will inform users of material changes on the site or by email. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and failing that, before the courts of the Republic of Lithuania in accordance with applicable law.
